LOL who doesn't want vintage silver? If you hit verify account it makes the image larger. Honest let me log out though, I don't need it at that price either
I don't think of it as a premium but more of a Pain threshold of what someone wants to pay for the cool factor.
I agree and also feel the same way about toned Morgans. Everyone has their thing and is willing to pay up for it. It also confuses other people.
I think now is a great time to be buying. Anything below $25/out I like. Obviously the lower the better. 18x face is the lowest I’ve seen at a local shop. I’m lucky that I have four shops within a 20 mile radius.
I don't know, but I'm supposed to buy 20 rounds @$20ea tomorrow. The deal was made last month when silver was @$24. Silver slipping isn't my fault, this deal hasn't been completed. I should ask the seller for $3 off spot tomorrow
Metals plummeting today! I’m going to stop into my LCS tomorrow after work if I have time. Will update when I can. PS - I saw a video of a dealer today that believes premiums will be dropping significantly by the end of this calendar year… would be nice if he’s correct.
Silver eagles have never been worth a dollar, despite the face value. Anyway, which grocery store or gas station or post office do you visit that takes silver eagles as payment?
For fairness, the comparison should also point out that you need to work an hour for one of the left-hand dollars, but just a couple of minutes for one of the right-hand dollars. And while the right-hand dollar will continue to lose value over the long term, it's unlikely to drop 10% between two paydays, the way the left-hand dollar just did.
None. But when I sell a silver eagle today it buys as much as the money did when I paid for them 15 years ago. My silver holdings have paid far better interest than any Bank savings account or CD.
They technically are legal tender, some have gotten silver eagles at banks and store's for face.A one in million chance, the previous owner must've not known better in those situations sadly.
That's kind of what I figured which means a left-handed cigarette is worth far more than a right-handed one, and better for you.
