As a favor for a friend, I brokered a deal with my LCS for him. I picked out a 5 ounce Scottsdale mint puck from him for myself at spot and then sold this lot. He was raising money for a car project.
Projects are nt cheap Depending at what he wants to do with it Looks like from your recent purchase , seems like big upgrades . Like engine , transmission , suspension , or a maybe a kicker like bodywork and paint
Keep us coin talk peeps in mind if you come across any Vintage silver. That's quite a stack. I did a favor for a friend that came into some broken jewelry. I guestimated the weight and told her you have about $$ worth of scrap gold. She gave me the go ahead to recycle it at the local gold and silver place because I usually get a few extra bucks (as I spend money there often) I was almost half off the actual value so I dropped off more money than expected. My hand held scale ( throws the jewelry up and down in hand) was not calibrated well that day. She rewarded me with a $50 bill.
investments are met to be held, though a car project maybe something you want to do if not necessary why cash out ?
I occasionally build a car project as a sorta piggy bank. Keep adding money a little at a time, it's like building a full size drivable model. Build/Assemble and then cash out to someone who wants it more than I do.
