Greetings all, Just wanted to let everyone know I just made a silver purchase so expect a price drop very soon Hopefully not but anyway I took this sub $16 opportunity to stack a bit more this evening. I've got a few larger bars and coins 1oz+ but have been wanting some decent fractional .999 silver lately. I had been looking at some of the US coin reproduction bullion like the incuse indian gold and standing liberty quarters cause I like the design, but had a hard time getting over the premium @ roughly $4/oz over spot being that they are still a somewhat generic round. So in digging around I found that APMEX had a sale going on their 2016 1/2oz Australian Shark series from the Perth mint, any quantity at $2.29/coin over spot so paying a higher premium, but IMHO getting a better product. The better deal seems to be on the Canadian 3/4oz Wolf series which is on sale for "customer appreciation day" @ $2.29/coin any quantity, which works out to be like $19.20/oz. If you compare to the cheapest 100oz generic bar they offer it's about $2.40/oz higher but not to shabby considering you are getting 133~ of the 3/4oz rounds vs. 1 big bar. Oh and now that i'm broke again i'm sure the mint will announce the next release of the 1916 gold series too! Anyone know when that quarter may come out? Thanks J
