Ok really this whole up/down with Premiums are for Coins and some Bars.

Bullion is set in stone with Dealers.

If you want coins then you pay for it wow big deal.

If you want Bullion then you will get the same price year round give or take 10 cents/20 cents.

Fact of the situation and saturation of the so called problem is more then half of you buy when silver is going up and only have yourselves to blame for your cost going up. Many of you need to learn to read the market and beware the falsehoods.

@Revi either buy or stop asking when. You say your going to buy when it goes up and you say your not sure when it goes down. Are you not understanding Physical PM's are a long term investment worked by the average or what or do you find it fun to babble on a thread.

I don't think we will see a jump in silver prices until there is a real jump in inflation. And gold will go up first. Problem is the Fed's expected interest rate hike in November will probably keep a lid on inflation for the near term.

I think the last boom in gold and silver prices was due to an expected spike in inflation (due to the Fed's zero rate policy) that never materialized. Whether that policy has a much-delayed effect on inflation still remains to be seen.

Interesting article in Bloomberg today: The recent crash of oil prices is about to more out of the Consumer Price Index, meaning the overall rate will not be dragged down by energy prices and, thus showing a more accurate - and higher - picture of inflation.

Can you provide a link, I can't seem to find the article. I must be missing something, I thought fuel was always excluded from the CPI

Actually, I was a silver stacker and now, I highly regret it. I bought ASEs at $19.49 ea and well, now I can get them for $16.

Took a look. It has fallen off the Bloomberg mobile. You might be able to find it through Google.

I might have misspoken about the CSI. It may be overall inflation.

@Endeavor, I have and your wrong simple, along with anyone being a baby about buying Coins. Its your problem/fault if you can not find what you think is a deal.

What the dealers do is fool you all into thinking its wise to buy when its not base on nothing but wishful thinking and falsehoods of low silver on hand.

Are you reading the thread, last time coins are no more costly then they were at $18 Trade Spot. If you can not get Bullion much less then $16 at 10oz bars why do think your getting coins anywhere around that.

To be honest most of you all should not buy till we hit $8-$10 Trade Spot that simple and go home. Your not coin collectors nor do you all want Physical Silver. Have fun with your loser paper.

Silver has flat lined for over 2 hours, PM's are being controlled by a bunch of crooks.

Why would crooks keep PM flat?? They make money on rises or drops, so I think you are incorrect. It is flat because no one wants to buy or sell at the current level.

@-jeffB, no but I know your type, babble babble silver prices are to high compared to spot and the past for coins, babble babble I have to pay more, babble babble I wish I did not have to pay so much.

Look then do not buy, look save your cash, look the world does not spin for you.

@desertgem, its now 3 hours. Its beyond normal ok not even close. They have been selling for 3 years and so on it is the main part/recipe to the lower trade prices month after month. Something is fishy I have seen this about half dozen times in the last 3 years it not normal. At the same time I agree with you over all just not right here in the last 3 hours.
