I used to believe you guys were on a mission to save us. Now I believe your just reacting to Stackers who dare to question your quiant little world of wallstreet, meddling central bankers and USD hegemony. Is it not true that most (certainly not all) Stackers mock wallstreet, central banking and rub their hands together anticipating the collapse of the USD? How dare those rebels wish for, and even prepare for, the demise of our great keynesian wet dream!

The problem with arguing in this forum is too many people get downright nasty.

 

Ahh, but you are wrong, not trying to convert stackers at all, just showing the other side of the coin with logic and facts to back it up so newbie type folks see the whole picture and can make a more informed decison. Do you have an issue with that?

C'mon longnine, my side of the street can stand up to some scrutiny and questioning and you know when I respond, I back it up with at least some facts logic, or stats. You should also know, I have no problem at all with you arguing, attacking, questioning any of my investing/life strategies. The issue I have with stackers is they seem to just make blanket statements, with nothing at all to back it up and expect everyone to believe it because, well, they just know. Then get offended when the statement is challenged like it is some personal attack or something.

A perfect example just recently is when Gilbert just made this statement in reference to the huge drop in Silver price


"What a difference big bank manipulation makes."

Nothing to back it, up, no explanation, no stats, no nothing. Do you really expect that to go unchalleneged? Then he gets ticked at me for challenging and providing a possible explantion of why stackers believe that statement. BTW, manipulators rarely manipulate something to fair value, which is about where silver is now.

Sure, why not, it is starting to really get down there. The next time some sopts a good deal and posts it, I am in for 100 oz.

 

I just bought another 20oz worth of ASE's. Had to call in order, broker's website was overwhelmed and kept timing out. I have a long enough horizon to hold for a while. I'll do it again next month.

Why should I care about your investing life? Your not going to cost me anything if you lose. Stackers aren't going to cost you anything if they lose either. No matter how big they talk or dream, it's no skin from you. Do you also get upset when you see retarded special effects in movies or do you just laugh?

No Mike, aint buying it. Stackers and stacking challenge the status quo. That is the problem with you guys. Be that as it may, it's a timid challenge.

And the real challenge to your world is too political to discuss. Perhaps you should just watch Doctor Zhivago.

Or ponder why Das Kapital hit #1 on the NYT best sellers list 10 years ago. Yeah your world is in trouble alright but not from us.

 

Retailers upping the premium over spot, cheapest I see is 13.4X. Granted in private deals I'm seeing closer to 12X-12.5X.

That said if prices stay low for a long duration the premiums over spot tend to trend back to normal.
