Does anybody here know of any good silver bullion dealers that they have dealt with. I have a friend looking to buy a large amount of silver and personally have not dealt with any of the larger sellers

I’d check with my LCS first.

If it is OK with the mods here, I use Coinhuskers.com. They are my LCD and I have dealt with them for years. Scroll down to the bottom of the their page to see the current inventory.

A small brick and mortar shop can't compete with the large bullion dealers on pricing.

My brick and mortar LCS has better prices than online dealers, even the large ones for junk coins and bullion of any type.

I call Baloney. That has not been my experience, for years.

I call Mustard for the baloney. In Southern Calif, Chula Vista Coins. Just had nice purchase experience as usual. He is on the internet. Jim

I prefer plain Baloney-Hebrew National, and I always smash the bread really thin.

That may be true where you live but not where I live. My friend who's looking to purchase a large amount of silver contacted the local coin shops and they were all probably a dollar higher than the big online dealers. Personally I would prefer to support the small guy even if it costs a bit more but that's just me.

How much is a large amount? 1,000 ounces? Monster boxes of ASE? 100 ounce bars?

No eagles. The premiums are two dear.
100 ounce bars and or kilos. Oddly the premium seem lowest on kilos.

Yes it's always best to check first before going elsewhere, that's what I do! ;)

I've used JM Bullion successfully. Maybe not always the cheapest, but their service has been good.

Other than LCS I have used the following without issues

    Jm Bullion
    SD Bullion
    APMEX
    Money Metals Exchange
    Miles Franklin (phone orders only)

Cheapest online dealer is usually Money Metals Exchange. Excellent company.
