Post your silver bullion!!!

Just a question, why would one want a bar vs a Coin for the same price? I mean what is quoted here could get a kilo Koala?

I would much rather have the bar then some odd coin shaped puck thing. I mean I'm a believer of silver being silver but I would personally much rather have the bar.

 

Fair enough then...I would think the coin has a better shot at collector value but look at Englehard bars now..

 

I think it's all personal preference. I have bought a few of the 10 oz pucks and many of the ATB 5 oz pucks but the kilo and bigger always seemed like a novelty to me. To be honest I would bet there is very little collector market for either kilos pieces. I am only 5 years into my personal hoard so $16 per oz silver seems like paradise to me no matter the form. True and to be honest to hold a Kilo Koala in your hand is just plain neat. Makes the 5oz ATB look like a nickel.

 

Here's one of my most favorite pieces. I don't have much silver at all, sold most of it. Now I just have a few favorites.

 

I def over paid for these and I can't even open them but I know inside lies 5 2014 5 ounce libertads.

 

I need one of those to complete my set! I've been eyeballing them. I already have the 1/20, 1/20, 1/4, 1/2, 1 and 2 ounce "coins".

Armenia Noah's Ark 1oz'er. An underrated beauty, IMHO.

 

I got one of those and wish I had got more..

 

They are nice coins and 2013/14 still available. I like to complete the run rather than buy in bulk and 2011/12 very scarce here. I think the run started in 2011.
