Free Shipping was apparently all this week; just noticed it now though. At least there's one more day to stock up!
Didn't realize it was a special lol... I got something from them from eBay and thought their free shipping was something they were doing normally. Got a 1/2 "Year of the Dragon" Niue coin... at $37 thought it was overpriced for a 1/2 of silver (probably the NZ Mint's fault, not theirs; NZ is notorious for overcharging for their products) but the dragon egg case and the cute expression on the dragon sold me on its novelty more than its silver value. The presentation makes up for it I suppose lol...
I have not ordered yet, but if you go straight to the site and use the menus, they did not put a restriction on how many sets of 5 you can select. Maybe when I go to checkout it will stop me from more than one set. Otherwise, no bad reviews and the BBB looks good too.
I still wouldn't buy because he is doing a frivolous practice known as overcharged shipping. He can ship 5 oz for under $5 yet he charges $10 to make more money off you.
It is $10 flat shipping, no matter what you order. That aside, for $208 I can get 10 ASE's shipped. Or for $109 you get 5 shipped.
Why don't you just look at it as $109 for 5 ASE total, and forget about nitpicking their business practices? They may or may not be making money on shipping when you consider all costs to them, but in the end who cares, it's still $109 for 5 ASE.
Actually, they list their shipping charge rates here And, they do say limit 1 special offer (5 ASE for $109) per household... which they must be enforcing or people could buy monster box worth for under $10k.
I just ordered 2 sets (10 total ASE's) for $208 using the link from the bullion page and not the promotional link. I guess they will be calling me shortly if they can not honor the order.
Austin called me a few minutes ago. First place to actually call me. They let me know the promotion was for one set. $109 for five ASE's works for me. Looks like the promotion might be over.
