It resets to zero. They made that change a few months back unfortunately. I think I ended up with $5.17...so I just barely made it. Of course, mine's already spent.

That is a great piece...I love old steam engines. Who ever carved that did a great job.

I got the full $500 in eBay bucks. So this beauty cost me $999!

One day I will be buying inventory through ebay, until then I gotta earn my Bux the hard way by adding to my collection. Le sigh.

Wish I could top out at the $500 mark, kudos to you on the freebie, although I thought your M.O. was to buy a free coin that you could turn around and make even more money on to compound the free windfall. Slippin C-B-D

Gold still gets me all giddy. Besides, I doubt I'll be losing money finding a PCGS MS64 for $1499, (that only cost me $999)! ;)

Double Eagle is a priority for me in the near future. My largest at the moment is a $10 Indian.

I had about $15 in ebay bucks, which made my purchase more affordable. I had my eye on a certain "colonial" for a while (I only put colonial in quotation marks because although the coin is dated 1783, it was struck in the 1820s). Looks like I got a good price for this one considering the grade, which looks around F15-VF20, and a little verdi-care once it arrives should clean it up nicely. It's on its way from Canada as we speak. :)
