    Im not going to pretend that your situation isn't frustrating, in fact, I would probably be considered a neurotic client due to my frequent emails, inquiries, etc. So don't take this the wrong way. But what would be a reasonable, no eyebrows raised timeframe from order to receiving?

  3. Well, this isn't about timeframe. It's that orders placed on 12/31 are outstanding, yet orders placed days later were fulfilled. I found out from here that they now say the stock is delayed, which seems untrue when they simply oversold and should have let their customers know and have the option to get their money back.

    It's the principle of the matter.

    It seems that Provident is now making silver proofs for these as well. Priced at $50.
     
  5. I saw that. I can only hope that comes down over time in resale. I am not paying $50 for a silver round. These aren't coins, they are silver rounds. They are getting carried away.

    What do you all think? Resale in a year or so... Cheaper proofs?

    It just still gets me that i ordered when they were in stock,,now it is a waiting game,,really wanted to check out the silver 45's too,,which were in stock,,hopefully they still are when the Annes come in

    This is doubly frustrating for me. I have a back order from the 23rd of December with Morgue Anne's that still hasn't shipped and now the Buffs are out and I ordered them on Saturday. Sheesh Provident, get it together.

    They reached out to me today and all my orders are shipping out later this afternoon or early tomorrow. Finally.

    Hey Guys, I am new to all of this and am now just starting to post.
    I found this thread, and I had the same problem; I wish I had found it sooner.

    I ordered Annes and 14 MapleLeafs on Dec 26, and never heard anything about them, except my credit card had been charged. One time I saw on their website that there might be a delay in shipping over the holidays, but this is way too long.

    I emailed them yesterday, and just now got a shipping notice, so maybe later this week.

    I have no idea about why the delay.

    As far as the delay goes due to the holidays probably had a reduced staff,,then closed on Christmas,,,as well as they had thousands of orders for the coins..
     
  13. I got notified my order will ship by Friday and that there was a "glitch" that caused their system to create pull orders out of order.

    This is the official letter I got right before my order shipped that was made on the 19th...

Many orders containing the Zombucks™ rounds have been delayed due to the overwhelming number of orders in the final days of the Morgue Anne. A significant percentage of Morgue Anne's total mintage was sold in the final week of availability (ending 12/31). Our objective with these bullion rounds is to mint the exact number sold, no more....no less. We had production geared toward the release of the ZomBuff, expecting a small final run on the Morgue Anne.     FINALLY!!! I just received it today...ordered 12/19...received 1/18...wow that is now the longest I've ever had to wait for any order ever...lol

    The whole Morgue Anne thing makes sense to me. I ordered a "Walker" proof a few days after Christmas and it was here 3 days later. I think they are being straight up with you guys.
