I bought some individual coins to try them out. Still processing. They have a great price on ASE and I was going to get a tube but didn't know if I should wait. Anyone with experiences to share Thanks
I also bought from them today. I paid by check so it will be a while before I get my order, but I think I did ok. Hopefully it all goes well. I got a pretty big order ( 2 rolls of ASE, 1 roll of Maples, and some other stuff) so I'm a bit nervous. If the market keeps going down I will be back for more too.
I bought from them last week on a monday and received my order on Friday, paid by Credit card. Very good experience for a first time. To be honest though they are based in Lancaster PA. and I live in Philly not far, so maybe thats why so fast for me.
Did you pay by credit card? It processed very fast that way, I think by check it takes over a week to process.
Bought with credit card Sunday Just got an email it will now ship. There site said 1 to 2 days to process on credit card. Lists calendar days. It took 5. Of course we have a drop in silver plus a holiday.
Sent a check on 6/24/2013 and I've finally see they updated the status I know see this message: We have received and deposited your paper check payment. Please allow 10 full calendar days for the funds to clear from your checking account to ours. You will receive an email update as soon as we have shipped your order. It was my first time so they must taken their SWEET time checking up on me to see if I was legit and what not..lol
Shoot, I mailed them a check and will have to wait a few weeks. As it turns out I could have just driven it there since Lancaster is only about an hour away. Oh well. Hopefully it won't take too long.
Well it's been about 2 weeks since they cashed my check and they still haven't shipped my order (site said 10 calender days) so I emailed them today. They said they are having a hard time getting silver in stock from the mints so they don't have my whole order yet. Said it would take another 5 calender days. I am not too happy. I think they should have reserved it when I ordered it since they charge me a market fee if I cancel.
Just a suggestion, I call them and speak to their sales reps and ensure they have whatever I am buying in stock before placing the purchase. To me unless you doing a big purchase from them I would just use credit cards instead. I hope all works out for you.
