I have about 2350 to spend on gold, I am wondering what is a good 1oz coin to get with a low mintage.

I am trying to decide between a gold kangaroo, buffalo, panda or libertad.

I wanted to get some feed back here.

    Thanks.

Well, if you can hold out for the reverse proof buffalo, that is what I'd buy.

In all honesty, it's very difficult to give advice when you have no idea what the person asking for the advice is trying to accomplish.

My collection has a lot of low mintage bullion, (mostly silver). I am looking for something not too overpriced that could appreciate in value beyond the price of the metal.

Not bad. Inasmuch as the treasury reusing this design, i would be more likely to suggest a $10,5 and 2.50 indian type set myself. Best you can buy close to spot.

Its tough, though, since so many unknowns. A panda may not be a bad answer eithef.

I'd say, either a $20 Saint Gaudens, or $20 Liberty. Slabbed by PCGS, or NGC. Honestly, the $20 Saints, if you don't overpay for the grade, or date, I don't think you'll ever regret it.
