Maple Leaf help

Well. I'm really new to the whole bullion world. I've just been picking up silver here and there, nothing major though. I figured I'll just put it away for my daughter who is 10. She is also a coin collector by the way, Anyway, I'm trying to find silver Maple Leaf rounds on the internet. What companies would you suggest? I'm not looking for bulk, just 3 or 4. Do any of them accept Paypal?

you have hit a chord with me on this one. i happen to LOVE and collect canadian fine (.9999) silver. when the canadian silver bug hit me initially, i bought it the same way i did most of my recent (last 3 years) silver purchasing...feebay. ebay is a strange place for me because everything is grossly overpriced. but i buy silver in 2 forms/methods...the first is my general investment portfolio, where a portion of my pay goes into the closest to spot bullion i can buy, usually at a local coin show. the other and more exciting half comes from selling my useless crappola on ebay and buying canadian silver. i too prefer to use paypal because thats what all of my useless junk turns into, paypal dollars. be patient, hunt on ebay at weird hours, like 2-3am. or saturday mornings. i have pulled a few items for below spot even on ebay. but if price is your driving force here, you will get the best price in person, at a coin show. hope that helps.

Silvertowne has free shipping, but their Maples are currently $7 over spot.

 

Yeah I saw that, pretty crazy but sadly not far off from my LCS. They were at $5.45 over spot for maples a week ago. If he is buying 3 or 4, the best bet I've seen is provident metals. 3 Maples with shipping would come to $26.78 a piece if paying with cash, check or MO.
