    Yup John!!:devil:Tourist trap:devil:

I picked my Kennedy spoon up August 1962 @ a Whitehouse tour ,there was a tourist shop.
I had to pay $5.95 or $7.95???+S/H??? to order from Rogers in Sterling Silver if you did not want the steel/chrome 1.
I got about Oct 1962? if I remember correctly!?!
I just wish It was no opened + still sealed in the box w/paper etc that would make the $ a lot higher if I sold it.but no way am I selling it!!!

    It's a cool piece, don't misunderstand me. I wouldn't mind owning it myself as a curio. :)

That punch-out that dwhiz posted isn't my cup of tea though, as far as exonumia goes. It's sort of creepy.

Without a doubt AT, but whoever did it did a heck of a job. Pretty cool pattern on the reverse.

I am looking for a 1964 accented hair Kennedy. Is there a "P" and an "S"? What about any other mintmarks?

Yeah the Accented Hairs were actually the first Kennedy halves, struck only in proof. Jackie Kennedy asked that the hair be reworked before the business strikes were made. So, proofs only.

Even 1964 Kennedys that grade MS 65 are worth something and MS 66 will bring a substantial premium. Just look on eBay. These coins will always have a collector base not only for type coins, but also popularity with collectors. This popularity persists today. The Mint strikes Kennedy halves every year, even today, even with different finishes and silver content.

Anyone got a 2013 yet? I didn't even realize they were out, until I was playing around on the US Mint's new site. A quick jump to eBay confirms that the TPG are turning out the PF69's and 70's.

I've got the 05-P in 69 - 546/7. It's a high pop, but it's good enough for me. I love the satin finish...

I saw one on eBay, but it did not look half as nice as yours. Priced at $49, had it in my watch list and it sold.
