quick note: Im not sure if others have mention it but the 2012 s reverse has a PCGS population of 583 for PR70 First strike. as of now.
compared to the 2011 reverse PCGS PR70 First strike population of 8,132.
the 2006 reverse PCGS PR70 first strike POP is 523.

Very interesting numbers. Thanks for sharing that. So does it mean that Pcgs graded coins will command a higher premium for those RP?

I think pcgs without spots may maintain premium, but I'll save my ngc set just in case.

 

:hail: No set, but this nice Unc 2012 Eagle showed up in the mail, from the US mint.

 

I got my 2 sets and put the package into another box and sent it out to NGC. I'm still awaiting any confirmation or grade notification. I asked for the "FIRST RELEASES" designation. If not, I'll get Early Releases.
But still no notification.

 

I ordered around 3pm on the last day. My order still shows as backordered with an expected delivery date of 10/31. Am I going to get my own personally minted set or someone's returns? Or will I even get it at all? I'm getting kind of worried and really kicking myself for cancelling the order I placed at 12:30pm on the FIRST day. :rollling:

 

I just got my 2nd set today in the mail. The mint sent an email stating it wouldn't be shipped until 9-28-12. I guess they are ahead on minting. This set looks better than the first, so far I haven't detected any spots in the frosted fields on the RP, and the regular proof looks great too. Might be worth sending in to grade.
