There is no need to be looking for inside info. Canceling the program would require that a bill be passed in both houses of congress and the new legislation signed into law by Obama. All such bills currently being considered are public record and can be looked up on their websites. If they don't exist, nothing changes.
As I understand it all they have to do is get one powerful congress person to tag it on to a bill that is already going through.
Consent of Congress is no longer necessary. Obama just dictates action with Executive Orders and Congress meekly acquiesces. There will be no new Spouses and Congress won't even be in session until after the election.
oh yea huh. Congress is out of session. This presents quite a problem- Obama can't just sign off on this without congress. We have a real situation here.
