what gold coin would look best as jewelery?

What purpose, other than holding up his pants, does a belt have?

Personally, I'd go with a $20 Liberty - they look like money, unlike the fancier types. Buy a cleaned or exjewelry one though.

If the OP wants to keep this belt buckle hidden under his shirt, why bother having it be a gold coin?
It just makes no sense to me having big time bling only to hide it.

    I concur.

Might be safer just not having either....
Or having it tucked into your sock...
Or what about carrying a credit card?

Yeah, everyone prefers to be paid in gold coin rather than cash when selling anything.

the thing is, if I were to get robbed, the last place they will check is my belt... plus most people wouldn't know what a gold coin is worth, or might think its fake. I'm only 20 and I get into alot of tight situations.

and I don't like putting my money in the bank

for all the numismatic heads out there, I found a air tight coin bezel glass protected so my coin will stay untouched.

Wouldn't they see the belt buckle when they tell you to empty your pockets?
And you might want to start hanging out at other places maybe. I didn't get in a lot of tight situations when I was 20.
Why don't you like putting money in the bank? I've never understood this. It's insured. Everybody has a bank account and there's very rarely problems. I know I've never had a problem.
What about a SDB if you don't like an actual bank account? Or something.
Seems like having that kind of thing on your belt is asking for trouble.

Why do you get into so many tight situations? If you put yourself into so many tight situations, why do you want to carry any valuables at all? Why not just get a fake one?

what I mean by tight situations is like, getting kicked out of my parents house and having to move out. or getting lost in a far away city or another country when I'm on vacation. stuff like that. I've been in those kind of situations before but not often. and I just love gold jewelery and gold coins, so why not get one made? I look at it as a long term investment when I buy any kind of gold.

Why have your parents kicked you out of their house?

before I was kicked out because I was not going to school and just chilling with my ex girlfriend all day everyday, and smoking alot of weed and drinking, going to jail. but I've dropped those bad habits

You should get a ring with a small gold coin in it. That'd be cooler.

I think I'm beginning to see the problem here.
What do you do for a living at 20 years old that you can afford foreign vacations, $1600 pocket cash and all of that pot and booze?
    Are you a "gangsta"?
