Just a testimony to the fact that sometimes photography brings out more than what you want to see........ @ Sam....it's a Cannon PowerShot SD 1200.
Oh Man!! Don't hold your breath! I hide coins all over my house, then I forget where I put them! I'm still looking for my Abigail Fillmore First Spouse coins. Just the other day I was cleaning out a drawer and found an MS63 1875 20¢ piece I didn't even know I had. :grandpa: Actually, that coin has an interesting planchet error I was thinking about posting...as soon as I find my camera.
Apparently they are not very popular. Earlier this year I got these three 3 inchers in one auction for around $23.00 shipped. Heck, you can't hardly ship them for that price.
It only proves one thing......the Mint overpriced them soooooooooo bad. They should have left the prices at the levels they were years ago. Chris
Well it does cost the mint more to make them than it did years ago but I wouldn't pay what the mint wants for the three inchers though either. The 1-5/16 ones are reasonably priced though in my opinion and I have bought some of those.
