Mine and family have cleared all payments and received shipping numbers. I will say that some later ones ordered showed earlier tracking numbers but that could be from the difference in credit card processing company or just the site update? Some payments cleared in one day and some took three.

It isn't really a first in , first out system but if it shows "in stock and reserved" you should be okay.

My item status does read 'in stock and reserved.' I just don'e understand why mine haven't shipped yet. I was jubilant when I saw that my check card was charged yesterday: I thought all of my worries were behind me with this order. Didn't realize there would be more nerve-wracking hours/days to follow yet:( I just hope and pray that the fulfillment folks haven't miscounted the number of sets that are still on hand. Stranger things have happened I'm sure...

I don't like it. PCGS is ripping people off by charging extra for a "First Strike" designation. It is a meaningless designation in the first place. Second, all of these coins were sold and will ship within a few days of each other, so even if you believe in the fallacy that coins shipped first are special in some way, it doesn't make sense for this issue.

Anyone think the 30th Anniversary set is going to be like this (as long as the world doesn't end in 2012)?

I am happy that I can send in the "S" and "RP" without original packaging.

Shipping 100K sets in 27K+ orders will take some time.

Folks, there are any number of reasons that orders might have been cancelled by the mint but simply placing five orders to get five sets isn't one of them. CC issues, timing of the orders, invalid ship to addresses, etc can gum up the works. I have five separate orders and all are "in stock and reserved" and all have CC charges. My last order was 38346XXX at 2:10PM ET. Today, only my first order, placed at 12:14 has been tagged as shipped but I believe that even that one won't actually get to UPS until tomorrow, for delivery on Thursday. My second order, placed at 12:34, and the others are still in process. This is typical for a mass shipment by PBGS. My track order history goes back to July of 2000 and has some 65+ orders. There have been times in the past three years where the CC charges expired before product shipped and they had to be re-entered (PBGS does a hold/finalize method, like a restaurant, instead of a single final charge like they should). This is all SOP for the mint/PBGS. If your CC has a charge on it and your CC company hasn't raised a red flag then everything is OK and your order will ship and the charge will finalize. It is all very exasperating for those who aren't used to the way the mint operates and still seems unnecessary for those of us who are but it is what it is and it will all work out. I initially thought it would take PBGS well over a week to get all 100,000 sets out but now it looks like they might do better than I thought. I will still be surprised if they get it all done by Friday night, especially if they observe Veteran's Day has a work holiday.

My tracking # is telling me that the package had an origin scan in Palmyra, MO. at 5:50pm today, but delivery is scheduled for Saturday. I got 5 sets. Also my shipping package weight is listed as 4lbs.

"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated. "

thats what my tracking # says. may take a day or two for ups pick up .

Richard! What did I tell you the other day? You're in my friend, it's just that the mint is just a little overwhelmed at the moment, and understandably so. They've got a lot of stuff to ship out and they'll get to your order.......probably tomorrow. I'm pretty sure you're mint account will be showing a tracking number by then. I've got a tracking number but it's not showing up in the UPS system yet, which means that the package has a label and a tracking number, but the mint/fulfillment center hasn't handed it off to the boys in brown yet. Now stop this incessant worrying or I'm going to have to refer you to Dr. Bob..........

Pacecar, the package you are tracking is not from the mint. Recheck your numbers. The mint orders will show as shipping from Indianapolis and a five set order will show a weight of just over 15 pounds.

For domestic orders, the mint only uses two kinds of shipping. One is UPS next day air, signature required and the other is FedEx/USPS slow boat where the mint gives the package to FedEx, FedEx delivers the package to your regional post office, and USPS puts it in your mailbox, no signature required. All of the anniversary sets are going out UPS unless the buyer made special arrangements over the phone to ship via FedEx/USPS. The 2-3 day delivery stated by the mint is the time from order to delivery of in stock items that aren't in high demand.
