I realize this is a roundabout method, but taking into account that the 1980 silver high of $50 is calculated by ShadowStats to be over $300, let's use that ratio of the dollar being worth 6 times less today than it was 30 years ago. Using that logic, your house has still depreciated in value by 1/3 over that span.

 

I think world real estates are worth $800 Trillion to $1000 Trillion or more.

How much are houses where you live? Around here, they average about $220K. Do you seriously believe that, in 1980, you could have bought one for $1,100?

I'm sure you could find some land somewhere that has gone up 200x in that time -- land that was abandoned and vacant in 1980, and is the site of booming development now. That does not entitle you to claim that "Real estate prices worldwide have increased 200 times."

Based on what I can find on the net to connect this poster with other activities, he/she is into FOREX trading, and into trying to entice people to invest to the tune of 20,000 minimum. So I wouldn't be surprised if he/she hopes to entice people here to respond via PM or the email provided on his/her profile in a foreign company that supposedly puts out a huge profit over the past 11 years. His/her activity on other sites that correspond to the same email suggest activity over the past 8 years with varying pseudonyms or "handles". Just to be aware that not everyone is quite as they seem, and some do have an agenda.

I'll say only this: if this is indeed what he/she is trying to do, he/she is very, very​ bad at it.

 

If real estate prices had increased some 200 times since 1980 - I would have sold my farm many years ago.

 

There are tells that this person's first language is not English, and much of their posts are scripted.
When the script is deviated from, the tells get prominent.

Come here to see what not-very-bright silver shills look like. Observe their overstated, overheated, over-the-top claims, claims that are easily refuted with a moment's thought. Point out some of their inconsistencies, and watch how they either ignore you or try to deflect the conversation. Google their handles to see where else they've been trying to ply their trade. Watch for the time when they finally drop the veil and post about the "outstanding opportunity" they can offer for those who Understand The Truth.
