True, but I think your title is giving the President too much credit. He was pushed into a corner on this one by Congress, as public opinion was strongly against it. Obama wanted to keep it to pay for his "health care", and possibly to keep more detailed track of Americans. Anyway, it is great news for the hobby, and small businessmen everywhere.
