i guess ill send in a money order tomorrow to jack hunt also just in case this fidelity one falls through. i just want 1 set, im not in heavy accumulation mode anymore, just looking for one for the collection.

 

What is Apmex's price?

 

Don't know for sure until they list them on their site, IF they do have more, but under the new regulations, IF silver stays around where its at now, it should be around a cool grand.

MTB stated they would have to check all the orders for duplicate names, address's and look for multiple eBay accounts. They would only ship to the verified and certified PayPal address. All this needed to be accomplished before they would even begin shipping. Jack Hunt may be doing the same thing and that is part of the inventory assesment. MTB said it would take about 2-3 weeks to do all this and then ship via UPS ground with an adult signature required.

usps tracking shows that my money order is at their post office now hopefully i will get some kind of confirmation on getting my set

 

Just overnighted my MO. Cost over $18.00 to do so USPS. Didn't trust regular mail to get it there on time.

 

mine arrived there are 9:16 this morning. hoping to hear something also

 

I just sent mine Monday via regular mail. Now I'm regretting it. What happens if it gets lost? I'm I out the $949 spent on the USPS money order? I wouldn't think it will take more than 2 days to get from Maryland to New York.

 

I also sent mine Monday by regular mail from Chicago. It should get there Wednesday, Thursday or, worst case, Friday.. They don't lose a lot of first class mail. I don't believe that this is such a killer deal that it is worth it to spend an extra $18 to overnight it.

 

Claygump, I would think you will be all right, it should get there no problem. Bigjohn, I disagree, I think its an awesome deal and I personaly didnt want to take the chance that it wouldnt get there on time. From what I hear, Jack Hunt has stopped selling them for the time being to assess where they are at. APMEX may or may not have any more, and MTB has stopped selling them for now. We just don't know who has what, if any right now. The way I look at it, people were paying around $1500.00 to $2000.00 for this set, and thats when silver was lower! At $949.00, what's an extra $18 bucks to make sure this happens?

 

I agree with all that you wrote, SilverCeder. I just got my MO into the mail, guaranteed delivery by noon tomorrow. I hope that having the invoice is a guarantee of getting them. I wonder how many will end up on ebay, though.

 

I hope its a guarantee. I don't think they would "oversell" them, then have to tell people, "sorry, we don't have them". That's why they are assessing their orders right now, to see if anyone tried do "double-dip" and to see exactly how many sets they have left.

 

Well I just sent off my money order via Priority mail from Georgia. I just hate to send a $949 money order via regular mail, at least in paying the few extra bucks I know it will get there.

These sets at this price are a great deal. At this point I will have a few sets to try and pull a nice high quality set from then can sell the rest. Plus like someone mentioned I actually sold the first 2 sets I got and did REALLY well so i'll buy these all day long at this price.

 

its less than $2 over spot even with the $18 overnight. i think that is pretty good on these. you cant even get ASE's at that right now. i just wanted to get my payment in ASAP to make sure i get in on the deal.
