    I like to read about coins and no one book comes close to covering them all imo.

    With some of my pursuits, like Scottish for instance, I find older references often provide a bit more descriptive detail and a lot less of the flashy pretty colourful pages that do nothing for me. With British the Coincraft catalogues have neat collecting tips but are useless for pricing. Especially with stuff that is less than common.

    This is actually a real thing. Look in the 1800s Krause under British West Indies. I have one of these somewhere.
