Has this Raw 1959-D Full Bands?? What would you grade it? Plus the rev is about 10% off + Counterclockwise too.

 

Your example coin looks like a proof, which almost always has full bands.

 

Its from a mint set my grandmothers got me for Xmas that year.it was a box of 10 Santa gave me.lol

 

I was referring to the first coin you posted from CU.

Your 1959-D is a beautiful example. These are tough to grade. I'd give yours a 66FB. Not seeing it in hand may even cost it a point. A 67 might even be possible.

 

so what do folks think the average original bank wrap roosevelt would grade out as? never touched, never seen the light of day...

I have about 14 rolls and wondering, given the premium for FB in the 67 range if it would be worth opening a roll or two and see?

 

I would certainly be tempted.

With the price of MS67FB's in virtually every year and mint being high 3, low 4 figures, I would certainly take a look.

But that's just me.

Although not graded, I think these may qualify. maybe...
