This used to be classified as an 1865/4 overdate. In 1865, a re-engraved 1864 digit punch was used to strike some of the fancy 5 Indian Head Cents. It is not considered an overdate, due to the fact that the same digit punch was used on some 1865 2-cent pieces. Then there is also the old so called 1869/8, which has since been reclassified as a RPD. The variety pictured below is a Snow-4 example in MS63BN. This variety is much scarcer than the 1869 Snow-3 counterpart.
