I hate that step in the listing process. Like you say - it's often incomplete and/or completely inaccurate. I wish it was something I could "options" to an "OFF" setting...but then I know what I'm selling. It might be helpful if Pop Report and Price Guide info is also attached. At that point I may consider using it.
