New delivery today I can't get this one to photo worth a crap really cool die cracks too and the enviro damage details is a really borderline call perfectly smooth surfaces on the obverse just a little crud on the lower reverse is much better in hand s-128 r 3 is much cleaner than in the pics too
I got quite a few ogh coins no line fatties too I often like the coins in them especially for the grade and price. This one would probably go 65 now is a very clean cheek too bad some idiot put fingerprints all over the front
Other then cc Morgan's (trying to get all the dates in ms and as high as possible) I only collect toned Morgans I collect them for color and eye appeal not by date
I decided to collect a 20th-century US type set, so might as well start with square one: the lowest denomination. It's coming out of the detestable plastic and I'm not changing my mind, so don't give me any grief about it.
It's your coin and I don't blame you. I keep em in for protection and resale value myself unless I disagree with what they say then out it goes
Bill, I intend to keep it for good. So by the time someone in my family wants to sell it, the holder will be obsolete. PCGS will have some sort of high-tech laser slab with implanted chips and GPS tracking and who knows what else, and by then their grading standards will have changed a dozen times over anyway. So it would have to get re-slabbed.
Part 2 of coin shop purchases. Remainder are junk show purchases lol I apologize on the lighting. These were done quickly and not with my usual care lol
I got this one off of the bay last week. Doesn't quite have the pizazz or fbl that yours does but it's definitely a step up for my collection
Today I received a slabbed MS 65 1960 large date penny and a Series 1957 silver certificate star note in the mail.
