...well it says 'GUESS' the grade ha ha no it's true I will ask the seller if I can use his pics they're much better and high res I think. Thanks for the advice.
My latest addition is a Victorinus. The photo shows some silvering but in hand there is LOTS more. I'd say it still 80% left. Even the edges have silvering. This guy was murdered because he screwed around with the guys wife. Victorinus (268 - 271 A.D.) Æ(S) Antoninianus O: IMP C VICTORINVS P F AVG, radiate draped and cuirassed bust right. R: PAX AVG, Pax standing left holding scepter and branch, V in left field, * in right field. Treveri (Trier). Struck 269 - 270 A.D. 3.1g 20mm RIC V 117; AGK 14a; Cohen 83
Bahabully, that is a great looking Stone Mountain. Bill, quit making me drool because of your coin posts. I'm getting an itch to visit HA again! Who am I kidding, I already have my eye on some coins in the upcoming auctions. Very nice Proof Seated Libery Quarter.
Lol I drool every time it see that Morgan that's your avatar I didn't get this one from an auction either but from a fellow ct member. You might need to keep a towel handy as I got a few more coming in the next week or so too
I got this one in hand and am very pleased with the booming luster that doesn't really come through in the pictures.
Probably. Some people can't just let others have their fun. It's my only coin that is the only one of its population. Probably not many people can say they own a population of 1, even if it isn't the highest graded specimen.
