Is this a fair offer? Graded 64 EPQ PMG 1953 Jamaica One Pound pick #41b

Book values, particularly in Krause are so subjective - they are based on what their contributors value the notes at - and whether they are buying or selling those particular notes. I collect banknotes from Scotland - and prices are artificially low on some notes, and way too high on others. I view the catalog prices as "just a suggestion" and not necessarily reality.
