    Two are labeled as "Mint Error - Planchet Crack", one isn't.

    I see no difference in the areas in question.

    No, I didn't submit it, it was already slabbed, and I'm guessing the submitter didn't request the attribution, and it did straight grade.

    My friends father used to work at a bus station and this coin came from a bank roll. I bought many coins off my friend for cheap.

    If there is it would be a small one IMO.
    After seeing three of these on the same commemorative it makes me think that there was something wrong with the whole batch of blanks.
    This seems to me to be a distractor, rather than a premium as they are small and do not show much detail.
