    Apparently it is just the lighting. It looks normal on the coin.

    Only the smallest of nicks none of which are really visible. The strike isn't perfect, but it is not far from it. There are however a few blotches in the color. They are not stand out eye catchers, but several can be made out. All-in-all, PCGS gave it a 66. I think it deserves every bit of a 66.
