I don't know the medal, but the inset coin is the reverse of the 1926 US Oregon Trail Half Dollar:

This is one of my favorite nudes on coins. This coin commemorates the the Olympic Games of times long ago.

Asia Minor, Pamphylia, Aspendos s. 370-330 BC

AR Stater 10.06g x 22.3mm

Obverse: Two Nude Wrestlers, arm control grapple. AF monogram between; left ESTFED????

Reverse: Sliger right. Triskelion right field. Inside dotted square boarder; All within Incluse square.

Yup. Hopefully someone knows what it is. I love it and want to own one.

 

The medal was probably issued by/for the American Numismatic Society. See the ANS motto (Parva ne pereant), and the oak leaf with "ANS" at the bottom ...
