1965 Clipped Quarter?

Is this a real clipped planchet or post mint? It was given to me the other day.

It looks good to me. You can see the Blakesley effect directly across from the clip. This is a good indication of a genuine clip.

It looks real to me, too, based on the weakness of the strike at 9:00 on both rims.
