1856 large cent

    What's my 1856 XF large cent worth? Is it XF-40 or XF-45? Need to make sure I payed ok on it. image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

    I would put that as 30net 20 for obv nicks and reverse rim scrapes, probably retail around $50 but I would not pay more than $25 on ebay. I doubt it would grade cleanly at a TPG due to the damaged rim on the reverse.

    $25-$30 is what I would guess.

    If it graded cleanly you are looking at VF at best in my opinion and as stated about 25 bucks is what you will get for it 40 dollars is a little much for this example !
