1800's(?) Annam Vietnam 10 Lang Silver Sycee/Ingot, Help Translate?

    Would someone mind helping me with the hallmarks and/or the characters engraved on the convex side of this piece?

    I have one other slightly shorter piece (but slightly heavier) I will be posting and would love help with.

    Hi All, I found this resource (http://www.coincoin.com/I067.htm), but I'm wondering if someone could translate the hallmarks on the sides and the engraving on the convex (bottom) side. Thanks in advance.
