The rules work without exception and are not up to your personal interpretation, once-in-a-decade or not, it's still not your chance to air an opinion in this forum on a VERY politically charged matter.
I see it differently. I think one isn't supposed to discuss politics or religion, not because it starts arguments, but because people interested in discussing either subject are idiots who like to argue.
While it is a mathematical certainty that 49.999% of the people here are below the average, few people are idiots. The problem with politics and religion is that, unlike coins, investing and other topics, it takes no special skill, education or competence to vigorously participate in the discussion. So it usually ends up badly because everyone is certain they are correct when there is no correct.
And those with no special skill, education or competence will go so far as to kill to prove their case.
I think everyone is missing the part So Drop the political comments as I say any court action today was made political by the content of the posts. Any beyond this post will be dealt with. Thanks Jim
Not everyone agrees on the same thing, hence the need for two political parties. Just like some people like ford, and some like chevy, or coke vs pepsi. I agree with the rule that almost all forums have: no politics. Once you open the door to that, both sides start arguing, things get said out of spite, and before you know it, people get infractions. It's best not to talk about it at all, and everyone talk about what this forum is based upon: coins. Like my grandma always said "leave politics and religion at the door".
While that may be true, there are ALWAYS people who are wrong. It the sacred duty of every one of us on the Internet to be one of at least three people who must tell them they're wrong.
How do you know your internet partner is from Montana? When you find buck shot all over the computer monitor during a dispute. Amanda
Yup, the end comes to everyone. Last I checked, average lifespan of males in U.S. is 72 and for women it's 78. There's one thing certain in life, its death.
