    I think they're decent looking coins, but nothing special.

    I'd love to purchase a silver or 2. Where can I buy them?

    Good question. From what I can tell, they're sold out by the issuer, but more may be minted in 2011. I think its unlikely that they will see much circulation in Indonesia, and very likely that they will end up on the bullion market.

    Has anyone seen one listed with a dealer?

    I have attached a picture of my coin anyone else with one of these I would be interested to know what you know, what it's worth etc I beleive it is very rare that one comes up for sale.

    It's a bit hard to see the coin in that picture. Do you have a scan of the coin? The bigger, and higher DPI the better for identifying it.

    I've seen that dhow symbol before (on the presentation case), although I can't place it off of the top of my head.

    There are also some older gold pieces from the Middle East, such as this one:

    im guessing this was minted in 1976, Im told 12000 were originally minted and that the banks have bought a load of them back so even less in circulation today. This is the first uae commemorative coin that they made for their first celebrated anniversary.
