Nice finds for CRHing. I’m thinking the 196? is a zero making it a 1960-D. That’s my best guess. I especially like the Spitting Horse Quarter, along with the War in the Pacific W find.

The Lincoln 196_ ??? That is a 1969 regardless without seeing the last digit.

That design is ODV-024 which is similar to designs thru 1972.
The design ODV-023 which runs thru 1960 thru 1968 is similar to the late 50's Lincolns can be easily seen without a loop. The major obverse design change was from 1968 to 1969.

The partly missing FG says it is a 69D Looks like a little damage to me. It's either a 2, 9, or 0, could be an 8.

I only have my cell phone and when I had it in an angle it looked liked a 0 but it could be a 2, 9, 8 or 0. This needs to be a held in hand coin to make a better judgment.
