Yugoslavic coin

Everyone,

I found this coin in a roll of Nickels that I was searching. I was wondering if anyone had any info on 1960's era Eastern Bloc coins. The closest thing that I found in terms of value is this:

If it is really worth 10 bucks it is a heck of a find!

Sorry the Jug coin is worth around $1.50 uncirculated.
