Your best shattered die?

I ran across a penny the other day that I just can't seem to avoid glancing at every now and then. I'm assuming it's a shattered die, but I'm no expert or anything. Every time I take a gander at this penny I can't help but to think, "I wonder what the die looked like.."

It's a little tricky to tell from that angle, but those ridges along the edge are actually crevices/wrinkles on the coin.

I'm wondering if anyone else has ever come across such a massive example of shattering. So lets have it! Bring on your shatters. :D

I don't think it left the mint looking like that.

You should inquire first at what you might have... All I know is that it's not a shattered die you have there

Show a picture of the reverse side. You have a damaged Cent.. Not a shattered die example

    Google it.. Gauguin
It reminds him of the artist and the way he painted

I actually Googled the word Gaugin before making my post about it and as you would expect I only got results about a painter with no references to coin collecting, so I was a tad confused.
