Frank, I donated to the cause, but am unfamiliar with The Young Notables. Is this something that is strictly in your area, or a group that is able to foster interest in collecting for youth across the country? It would be nice to see something like this in my area.
For now it is in my area. The class was started when my local elementary asked for parents and staff to donate their time and talent to promoting after school enrichment classes about ten years ago. That program lasted a couple of years but I kept the Young Notables class going. Some other people have expressed interest in teaching a similar class. I have the lesson plans for groups in 3-5th grades. Thanks again for donating! -Frank
