I just happen to come across a 1993 United States Uncirculated Mint Set in my collection. I can’t recall seeing the wording below in today’s current sets. Am I correct? I don’t have a current set to compare it with. It’s the “fine quality and excellent value” that really caught my eye. The Mint had not only deleted these words from their packaging, they’ve deleted them from their vocabulary.
I know the language on the inserts in the mint and proof sets have changed several times over the years. It would be interesting to see all the different verbiage changes over the years.
