It looks more like a penguin and I won the item for $600. After reading the question posted at the bottom, I believe it is not a real draped bust. Also the eagle has no shield. If you believe it is not real, can you email me your answer, and I will send it to the seller.
just on a quick look.....compared to other like coins...the "O" on the OF on the reverse looks too square on the bottom. I vote copy.

I'm still trying to get over "it looks like a penguin". Wouldn't it be common sense "It doesn't look real, the eagle doesn't look right, and there is no shield" Hmm, obviously real, just a really rare mint error that happened in the engraving process. My mistake. Ignorance is bliss. Phoenix
Interestingly, the same "penguin" appears on an 1806 Draped Bust Half this buyer bought last month. If it's any consolation she got the "coin" overnighted to her. "Would be willing to ship overnight if item goes over $600" Winning bid:US $600.01
