Yet another possible error coin?

I know I've been posting a lot in the error coins section lately but please bare with me, I'm only a newbie after all.
But yeah I found this amongst my junk silver. Is this a error Coin or is it post mint damage? what value could it have if it is a true error coin?

Looks like PMD to me. I would say it got run over in a parking lot. Sand makes little dent like that. Found a few myself.
