Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right. Reverse: PAX AVGVSTI. Pax standing left, holding olive branch and transverse sceptre; P in exergue. RIC 150, Cohen 72. Ticinum mint, early-June 276. 3,5 g - 22,5 mm Marcus Claudius Tacitus was Roman emperor from 275 to 276. During his short reign he campaigned against the Goths and the Heruli, for which he received the title Gothicus Maximus Born: 200 AD, Terni, Italy Died: June 276 AD Tyana, Cappodocia, Turkey. Siblings Florianus Reign: c. December 275 – c. June 276. His Regnal name is shortened in the obverse Legend: IMPerator Caesar Marcus CLavdius TACITVS AVGustus. @Mat you are quite correct, the majority are good looking. My problem is I only order from VCoins dealers in Spain, and they are virtually bought before I can even see them on their sites.
Oh, I order from only U.S. dealers, since Covid. I have stopped with the over seas buying, due to all the issues. It's fine for people who continue to do it, but I refuse too. Buying from Canada even gives me pause, but I still do it.
Same reason I only buy from Spain. Anything I order is dispatched either same or next day, and only takes 2 days to me. One of the dealers is so close to my home that I can go collect them.
