Not from the provided photos, at least definitively. The one is suggestive of damage while the other makes me question this.
One makes you think that it is damage and one makes you think that it is not damage? I have looked and looked And it is raised. And permanently on there
Just as I said. Perhaps someone else can see the anomaly better, or maybe someone will make a guess and word it as educated fact, but I cannot and will not. Being raised and/or permanent doesn't help define exactly what it is, unfortunately.
