Wyoming error?

    Is the horse and rider suposed to be slick ? I thought there was suposed to be some detail. I got this one out of a change machine at work, any Info would be appreciated.

    Sorry to say that the horse and rider are supposed to be flat as to represent a silhouette. Its to bad the quarter didnt have a more detailed design.

    Yes, the horse is supposed to be smooth. When I first saw one I thought it was an error too.
