It's a similar pattern to what on the left side of a u.s. dollar bill reverse. Has a copyright and "American dream inc." So I'd say it's a marketing gimmick and nothing at all to do with any organization besides American Dream Inc. Illuminati... no they don't do coins. Freemason... no. They don't do this type of coin and it wouldn't have a copyright if it were legit. Same goes for illuminati really but I can rule that out also because they don't do this type of thing at all. Looks like some companies custom challenge coin to me.
