Wrong Metal/Wrong Planchet Error on us dime 1992 D

    It doesn't appear to be a planchet error. Wrong metal? Possibly. I have a 1994 Washington quarter struck completely in copper alloy. It's value? About 25 cents. Hard to tell from a pic if your dime is struck with the wrong metal. It could just be oxidized and dirty.
