Wounded eagle Error ?

I have heard about this error but I could not find any pictures showing it, I emailed an ebay seller who had one but the error was not visible, bad pic, he told me the eagle has a arrow like line going through it and thats all he said. Today I got one in change and noticed an arrow like mark going through the middle of the birds body, I circled the area and drew a line where the line is on my coin, would like to know if what I have is a wounded eagle. Appreciate any help . Thanks
